The journey of yoga leads us in many different directions as we take the time to explore our true nature. True Nature School of Yoga offers workshops, retreats and in-depth Teacher Training Programs to inspire your study and practice of Yoga.
Yoga workshops and retreats provide the opportunity for you to join in a community of exploration and study the myriad of teachings in the Yoga tradition. Through experiential learning and methodical practice, we learn to become more loving, accepting and compassionate beings to ourselves and others.

Becoming a yoga teacher is an honored tradition passed down through thousands of years. Our Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) program is a comprehensive study of Yoga and is ideal for the aspiring Yoga student who wishes to deepen their practice and/or become a Yoga Teacher. True Nature School of Yoga is a registered Yoga School with the Yoga Alliance.
