The True Nature School of Yoga 200 Hour YTT program is a go at your own pace program and can be completed in as little as 5 months or take up to 3 years. The modular format structure
gives you the freedom and flexibility to create a pace that works best
for you. The 7-day Immersion: The Essence of Yoga (Module #1) is a
prerequisite and must be taken first. The next immersion will be offered February 3rd - 9th, 2012.
